We loved the location and unit itself Positive: Breakfast??? We ate first morning at Euro Cafe next to Fountain Lake. It was great. The other two mornings we had in condo Breakfast from food we purchased at Safeway. Coffee also great at Fountain View Coffee shop next to lake. Negative: Thermostat was a little complicated and even though we set it for our comfort level prior to retiring for the night, discovered that it went into a "sleep mode" unknowingly and we woke middle of night too warm. Complicated to figure out how to make our desired setting "stick"

Easy access, convenient, clean, and I would recommend. Positive: Ideal location in Fountain Hills, easy walking distance to the main lake and what I considered "Main Street" in Fountain Hills. Negative: Not a thing.
