Beautiful Red Mountain Views 4 Bed/3.5 Bath/Pool/Rooftop Deck

House was very nice. Unfortunately the air conditioning was not working in half the house and it could not be replaced until after we left. I suggest upgrading the TP. You could see through it so thin, and have at least a couple of boxes of kleenex in master bath rooms.

Great location. Quiet with lots of room. Kids loved the pool.

This home has stunning panoramic views of the mountains surrounding Fountain Hills. Both the indoor & outdoor areas are spacious, comfortable and the pool deck and patio spaces connect well from the interior of the home. Neighborhood is quiet and there is plenty of privacy. Owners representative is very responsive to requests and we would definitely return and rent here again.

We had a wonderful time staying here. The host was very good to work with and checked on us to make sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay.

Due to it being a new rental property, there were issues that did come with our stay. However, Joel was very quick to address these issues and accommodate us! Thank you for the swiftness and for making us feel comfortable with asking for any assistance. The beds and couches are extremely comfortable and the house has a lot to offer. The views are remarkable, definitely loved the observation deck on the roof. Located in a fantastic area!
